Authorized use

You may use the platform, firmware, and device tools only in compliance with applicable law and with authorization from the owner of every network, device, account, and dataset involved.

Developer submissions

You must own or have permission to distribute every submitted package and asset. Metadata must accurately describe behavior and requested capabilities. Review or approval is not a guarantee that software is error-free. We may reject, remove, or suspend packages that are deceptive, unsafe, infringing, or materially different from their submission.

Downloads and updates

Verify published hashes and follow the documented update path. Factory flashing, wiring changes, batteries, radio modules, and security testing can damage hardware or disrupt systems when performed incorrectly.

Accounts

Keep credentials private and report suspected compromise. Administrator roles are assigned only through protected server configuration.

Pre-launch status

Campaign dates, pricing, specifications, availability, and delivery estimates remain subject to manufacturing validation until final campaign terms are published.

Before commercial launch

These project terms are a technically informed draft, not a substitute for counsel. Replace them with terms reviewed for the company’s jurisdiction, warranty, returns, export controls, radio compliance, consumer rights, and crowdfunding obligations.
